Our Law Firm provides comprehensive legal assistance in the area of cooperative law. We help in establishing cooperatives and in preparing their statutes and documentation required for the registration by the Registration Court. In addition, we are involved in the day-to-day services of cooperative operations, including their liquidation, transformation, or bankruptcy. Within the cooperative law, the Bobiński i Wspólnicy Law Firm offers the preparation of minutes and resolutions of the shareholders’ meetings as well as the regulations of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, drawing up agreements with proxies and members of the Management Board and convening shareholders’ meetings. Furthermore, the Law Firm carries out legal due diligence of enterprises and real properties for its Clients. We represent cooperatives before courts in procedures that concern e.g. complaints against resolutions and liquidations of commercial law companies. In addition, we provide consulting to our Clients about accepting the most favourable investment strategies and support the implementation of current projects.
